3. Permitted Uses

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Download and install the Quantum Marble application on devices you own or control
Use the application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
Share screenshots or gameplay videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given

4. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT, without express written permission from the Owner:

Reproduce, copy, or duplicate any part of the application or its content
Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the application
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the application or its content for commercial purposes
Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the application or its content
Use automated systems or bots to access or interact with the application
Infringe upon or violate any intellectual property rights of the Owner

5. Trademark Rights

"Quantum Marble", the Quantum Marble logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Owner. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Owner. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the application are the trademarks of their respective owners.

6. Third-Party Content

The application may contain content, features, or functionality provided by third parties. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is protected by their own copyright and intellectual property laws. The Owner does not claim ownership of third-party content and respects the intellectual property rights of others.

7. User-Generated Content

If the application allows you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of such content. However, by submitting content, you grant the Owner a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the application.
