Welcome to Number Bomb! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile game application ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Number Bomb is a casual number guessing game suitable for players aged 6 and above. All players are welcome to enjoy our game.

3. HEALTHY GAMING REMINDER

We encourage all players to: take regular breaks (at least 10 minutes every hour); enjoy outdoor activities and physical exercise; maintain a healthy balance between gaming and other activities; stay hydrated and get enough sleep. Remember: Gaming should be fun and healthy!

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• You may create an account using Google Sign-In, email, or a Solana wallet
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; interfere with or disrupt the App or servers; use cheats, exploits, or automation software; harass, abuse, or harm other users; create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or referral systems.

6. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

• Virtual items (points, game items, power-ups, rewards) have no real-world monetary value
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue virtual items at any time
• Virtual items cannot be transferred or traded for real money

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Referral rewards are subject to our discretion. Abuse of the referral system may result in account termination. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress, scores, or virtual items.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
