You can delete your PuppyClean account and all associated data at any time. Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone and all your data will be permanently removed.

How to Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to delete your account from within the PuppyClean app:

1. Open the PuppyClean app on your device and make sure you are signed in to your account.
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) located in the top-right corner of the home screen.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page until you see the Delete Account button.
4. Tap "Delete Account". A confirmation dialog will appear asking you to verify your identity.
5. Enter your email address (for Google Sign-In users) or your wallet address (for Solana wallet users) in the text field to confirm your identity.
6. Tap "Confirm Delete" to permanently delete your account. The app will sign you out and return you to the welcome screen.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your user profile and account information
• Game progress, level completions, and move history
• Points balance and earned rewards
• Purchased and earned items (Undo, Shuffle, Hint)
• Referral records and associated rewards
• Check-in history and streaks
• Leaderboard entries
• All locally cached data on your device

Note: If you connected a Solana wallet, any on-chain transaction data cannot be deleted as blockchain records are permanent and decentralized. Only your in-app data linked to the wallet address will be removed.

Timeline

Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. Your data will be removed from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In some cases, anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes as permitted by applicable law.
